Remote roles for everyone, everywhere.
A curated board of LGBTQ+-friendly, fully-remote employers — with transparent pay, timezone fit, and equal-opportunity hiring.
Work shouldn't ask you to hide.
Arcumin is a remote-first job board built for LGBTQ+ people and the employers who genuinely welcome them. We connect talent with companies that hire openly, pay transparently, and treat inclusion as table stakes — not a perk.
What we do
We curate fully-remote and remote-friendly roles from vetted, equal-opportunity employers across 68 countries. Every listing surfaces the things that actually matter for distributed work: hiring region, timezone overlap, employment type, and a real salary range in USD — no guessing, no "competitive compensation."
For candidates, Arcumin is free, always. For employers, it's a way to reach a global, diverse talent pool and signal — credibly — that their workplace is a safe one.
What we stand for
Inclusion by default
We only list employers who commit to non-discrimination and affirming workplaces.
Radical transparency
Salary ranges are required on every role. Pay secrecy hides inequity.
Safety first
Listings are reviewed, and your data is never sold. You control what's shared.
Where we are
Arcumin is headquartered in New York, NY and operates worldwide at arcumin.top. The team itself is remote — we build the product we believe in.
